Hammer has produced its first horror film in 30 years, and will debut it online before releasing on DVD.

The film, Beyond the Rave, a vampire story set in the UK’s underground rave scene, will debut in 20 “webisodes” on MySpace in Spring 2008, before being released in full on DVD. The cast includes Sadie Frost, Lois Winstone and Hammer veteran Ingrid Pitt.

I doubt I’ll be “tuning in” to MySpace — the site irritates me. But I’ll definitely check out the DVD….

Planned on doing some Christmas shopping via Amazon.

Picked several items, all of which are labeled as “in Stock.”

However, when I get to checkout, I get a message saying that my entire order will arrive AFTER Dec. 25th, no matter what shipping method I pick.

Per the Washington Post — read and get pissed off.

It wasn’t just incompetence and spinelessness on the part of the “opposition party.” They were complicit.

This is why I expect nothing to come of the so-called investigation into the CIA tapes issue.

This is why Bush and Cheney will never be impeached, or prosecuted for their crimes in any way.

They’re *all* responsible.
