I just got a call from my Mom — she had told me earlier this week that she wouldn’t feel better about recent events until she could actually see me, and see that I was OK — and today she called to tell me that she’s flying out and will be here tomorrow!
She’ll be visiting until next Saturday. I get a week of Mom-love, visits from the grocery-fairy, etc. I think it’ll go a long way towards making me feel better, too.
