Jim Carroll has died of a heart attack.
He’ll probably end up being best known for writing “The Basketball Diaries” (made into a film with Leonardo DiCaprio), but for me, he’ll always be singing this song — the first piece of art that I was ever told was forbidden (by the nuns at St. Joseph’s school):
So apparently, that’s the title.
Given that the last film ended with the impression that the pirates were going after the Fountain of Youth, I wonder if this title indicates that they’ve secured the rights to Tim Powers’ identically-titled pirate novel, which deals with the exact same plot point?

I *love* the Kane stories, and Purefoy is an excellent choice. This looks grand.
