The only thing that I have to say about last night’s premiere:

I am now absolutely certain that I will NEVER BUY A NISSAN ROGUE. EVER.

As pointed out: If you’ve paid for 90 seconds in every commercial break, wouldn’t you make a 90-second ad, rather than running the same three 30-second ads back-to-back-to-back at every break(especially, since they all used the same footage)? Annoying as hell.

  1. No TiVo for us yet, but I COMPLETELY agree. I was so put off by those damn commercials…

    Of course, the theory is that with short attention spans people are flipping to other channels during the commercials anyway. With a 30-second spot the chances of you catching the first 15 seconds when you flip away and the last 15 seconds when you flip back are pretty good. Why waste money making a longer commercial that few will see?
