House of Bush, House of Saud

Salon.com is publishing a series of excerpts from journalist Craig Unger’s forthcoming book, “House of Bush, House of Saud”, detailing the close connections between the two families and the ramifactions for American policy. The first installment, posted today, provides details and eyewitness accounts of a secret airlift of dozens of Saudi royals and members of the bin Laden family, authorized by the Bush White House in the hours following 9/11. Among the airliftees was an alleged al-Qaida go-between, who may have known about the terror attacks in advance. Nice.

Site Feed

I’ve got an RSS site feed for my blog at: http://gmskarka.blogspot.com/atom.xml

I’ve tried to set it up so that it automatically synicates to this journal, but damned if I can figure out how.

Send me an email if you can tell me how to do it.

Inching into the 21st Century…

At the suggestion of Robin Laws, I’ve added a site feed for those of you out there who prefer to keep track of blogs via RSS and the like. Click on the link in this post, or over there under the cartoon GMS.

3/11 Edit: LJ reader jonnynexus was kind enough to set up a LJ syndication page for me as well. Those of you on LJ can add http://www.livejournal.com/users/gmskarka_feed/ to your “Friends” list.
