Why in the world would the American people have a problem with the Bush Administration completing its transfer of our Treasury to their big-business friends via this bailout? I mean, it’s not as if they already lined the pockets of their allies by outsourcing almost every bit of the Iraq War, having the energy policy dictated by Oil and Power companies, deregulating almost every industry and cutting back on environmental protections….
Oh, wait.
Can somebody tell me why we’re not screaming our fucking heads off about this? 700 billion dollars of our money, to bail out greedy corporations — they get away scot-free and we get — what, exactly?
