If it helps ATT is on my list for the fact that rain = reset the DSL router every 15 minutes. I had to badger them into coming out on Friday, by explaining how I do what they do on steroids again, and going “okay” when they said “well, if we don’t find anything, you will have to pay for the call” expecting me to say “nevermind then”. Tier two is going to comp the call regardless.
