Cool Mars Stuff

(Yeah, I know, I should be writing. Shaddap.)

NASA has used high-resolution 3D images of the “Columbia Hills” region inside Mars’ Gusev Crater, taken by the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter to create this animation of a hypothetical flyover of the site where the Mars Exploration Rover Spirit has been trundling about.

Verra nifty, especially in light of my immersion in things Martian as I come down the home stretch for release of our MARS RPG.
