I do not understand–really, truly, to the depths of my soul do not understand–what the Democratic leadership thinks it’s doing.
They can’t think this is politically expedient, can they? I mean, they must have at least some inkling of what it is we wanted of them. Are they really that scared of the Neo-Con Slander Machine that they’ll kneel to it even when they know they have majority support?
I just. Don’t. Get it.
